Fantastic opportunity to manage and be part of a large regeneration project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full responsibility for the project in preparation for the implementation phase, due 2106.
- Work closely with key stakeholders ensuring Plan is deliverable and funded.
- Tendering for supporting studies, assessments etc.
- Commencement and development of community engagement.
- Ensure all work streams and activities are completed on time and to a high standard.
Required Skills:
- Background in Master Planning, Urban Regeneration, Economic Development, Housing
- Experience in Stakeholder Management
- Experience in Community Engagement
- Nice to have Qualifications CIH, RICS, IED
