Interim Senior HR Business Partner (Utilities)

Practicus are excited to be partnering with a fast paced and ambitious company that are seeking an interim Senior HR Business Partner on an initial 3 month contract

You will be accountable for a division with just over 1500 employees and managing a HR Business Partner and working closely with the Operational Directors. It is therefore important that you can be flexible and have the availability to travel throughout the UK to support teams in various locations
On a day to day basis you will be responsible for driving performance and capability within the division through talent & performance management, succession planning and leadership development.

As the business will continue to go through change, you will be advising and supporting TUPE & bid activity, restructuring, organisation design and complex ER and disciplinary cases. You will also need to have a flexible and willing attitude as there will be a lot of hands on deliverables including the recruitment of executive/director level hires to support their growth plans
