Interim Senior Compliance Assurance Advisor - Financial Services

THE CLIENT

Green Park is working with a leading Financial Services business to recruit an Interim Senior Compliance Assurance Advisor for a six month engagement. This is a newly created role and the client needs a talented individual to help set up the frameworks.

THE INTERIM ASSIGNMENT

Working across multi jurisdictions the role will focus on:

- Setting up the compliance framework
- Identifying regulatory requirements and working with key stakeholders to ensure that they are kept abreast on current developments
- Monitoring and assurance activity for the second line
- Communicating the impact of regulatory changes on business delivery and embed a culture of compliance across the business
- Providing challenge and oversight to local and regional compliance teams

THE INTERIM MANAGER

The successful Interim Senior Compliance Manager professional must have a proven track record in:

- Working in an international environment with multiple stakeholders to effect business change
- Assessing and advising on the impact of regulatory change and actions required to address impact
- Interacting with regulatory bodies, working with multiple stakeholder groups
- Subject matter expertise in Risk Measurement, Management and Regulatory affairs
