You will be instrumental in supporting line managers through this complex change journey by embedding effective change, communications and training plans to support both adoption and benefits realisation.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of developing and embedding global change plans in major blue chip organisations (ideally FMCG)
- Strong focus on communications and engagement strategies
- Excellent consulting, facilitation, training and team building skills
- Experience of supporting SAP and MDM change programmes
- Ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders
