The Company

Robert Half Management Resources is currently partnering with a forward thinking not-for-profit organisation in Bristol to appoint an interim HR Reward & Benefits Manager, for a period of 3 months. The organisation is currently going through an exciting growth agenda and has the need to review current employee contractual conditions.

The Role

As Reward & Benefit Manager you will initially need to analyse, review and cost out the organisations current employee terms and conditions, form a business case on findings and outline the benefits to the business, then design the new set of employee terms and conditions.This is an exciting and excellent opportunity for a Reward & Benefits Manager, with front line involvement in scoping salary and bonus reviews, developing a reward strategy in line with the business needs and reviewing pensions and benefits arrangements.

You

It is essential that the person has strong experience in reward, and has previous experience of working within an ever-changing environment. This candidate will ideally be CIPD qualified and have strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Strong experience of HR Systems and reporting is also necessary.

Salary & Benefits

Interim Reward & Benefits Manager 3 months Bristol £250-£300 per day (via Limited Company)
