I am urgently looking for an Interim Project Manager-HR Projects for my central government client. The role can be based either in Berkshire or Devon. You will form part of an HR Business Partner team and will be responsible for project management, design and delivery of specific people projects.

You will be mainly responsible for working flexibly to deliver on a wide range of projects including: leadership development of middle and senior managers, talent management, organisational design work on assessing the future requirements for the organisation, setting up an organisational taskforce to allow resources to operate flexibly across different roles.

To be considered for this post you must have:
- HR expertise in one or more the areas outlined above
- Project Management expertise, which includes the production and maintenance of project documentation
- A track record of delivering programmes successfully
- Experience of process design, developing thorough proposals outlining options and costs and presenting for approval to an Executive Team
- Experience of conducting the analysis of needs using existing data sources and commissioning further work where required
- Leading the implementation of specific interventions, writing briefings, communications plans and managers guides
- Monitoring the administration of training programmes, setting up processes where necessary
