Our Public Sector client is seeking an experienced Interim Project Manager to work with the Deputy Director and lead the Commercial Manager. Deadline for this role is 18th February 2014.

The role will involve:
- Project managing the transition to the new team structure
- Producing new processes in order to manage and mitigate the risk associated with this new franchise arrangements
- Undertaking franchise mobilization planning and support work
- Supporting the recruitment of new full time interim posts
- Supporting the establishment of the new team

To be considered for this opportunity you must:
- Have previous experience of working within a Project Managing role within the Public Sector, ideally Central Government and Rail franchising/Transport industry
- Have extensive experience of leading the developing and implementation of large scale, high risk, high value commercial projects and programmes
- Have strong evidence of strategic risk identification and management
- Have the ability to build strong networks and influence across sectors
- Experience of working with senior stakeholders with competing interests
- Have experience of resourcing and recruitment management support
- Have PRINCE2, MSP Practioner
