Interim People Change Project Manager

I am currently working on an exciting opportunity to support my client in the middle of their new target operating model programme

As the interim People Change Project Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the project is managed in accordance with the plan; this will be through partnering with the relevant functions to ensure the change is managed effectively, risks are identified and resolved, as well as analysing people data, reporting and providing regular updates on the project status. You will develop change impact assessments and mitigation plans by each function as well as developing close working relationships with the functional leads and project managers.

You will not be managing the change, nor designing the new structures. This role is specifically about providing solid project management rigour and governance to a critical and new enterprise wise target operating model programme. You will be heavily involved in reporting, updating and extracting people related data to produce clear documentation and status updates.

To be considered for this role it is essential that you have a solid track record in delivering change analysis and project management for people related change. You will also have strong project management experience and capability with a confident and structured approach. Prince 2 qualification and global experience would also be highly desirable. Strong excel skills are essential.

It would be highly desirable if you have a consultancy and/or HR background.
