Interim Operations/Regional Manager

I am urgently looking for a number of Operational/Regional Managers for my charity client to be based either in London, Liverpool, Cardiff or Leeds. These are practical, hands-on roles for experienced Operational Managers who can deal with day-to-day issues including setting up in new locations with new teams, supporting the staff sensitively through the change process and ensuring that all services are up and running.

Other responsibilities include:

- Overseeing the change management office
- Supporting the facility development and planning
- Developing and implementing systems for delivery of the initial service provision
- Supporting the development of excellent working relationships with external stakeholders

To be considered for these posts you must have:

- A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
- Experience of leading a team in the voluntary, social care or service delivery sectors
- A good general knowledge of the statutory and voluntary provision that can provide assistance
- Experience of working with external agencies and developing increased opportunities for clients
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Contract management experience is highly desirable
- Be sympathetic to human rights issues.
