Other responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the change management office
- Supporting the facility development and planning
- Developing and implementing systems for delivery of the initial service provision
- Supporting the development of excellent working relationships with external stakeholders
To be considered for these posts you must have:
- A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
- Experience of leading a team in the voluntary, social care or service delivery sectors
- A good general knowledge of the statutory and voluntary provision that can provide assistance
- Experience of working with external agencies and developing increased opportunities for clients
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Contract management experience is highly desirable
- Be sympathetic to human rights issues.
