Our client a leading organisation are looking to expand their mental health provision on a national basis. As a result they are looking to appoint a change orientated interim for a period of 6 months to advise on their offering and contribute to their growth strategy moving forwards.
THE ASSIGNMENT
The role will involve performing a full governance review of the mental health services, advise on the latest required CQC compliance and advise on how the organisation may scale up their offering. The applicant will also make recommendations on a new workforce strategy, required staffing levels and a relevant organisational chart.
THE INTERIM MANAGER
Applicants must have a strong operational background in mental health provision be it in the NHS or the 3rd sector as technical expertise and knowledge are vital to success in this role
