Interim Marketing and CRM Director

THE CLIENT
Green Park are partnering a rapidly high street retailer who has experienced strong trading allowing significant growth and expansion over the past three years.

Due to this expansion Green Park are now looking to add strength to the marketing function by creating an executive consulting opportunity to support the Multi-Channel Director as the Marketing and CRM Director.

You will be assisting the brand with its continued expansion assisting to develop and enhance our clients marketing activities whilst operating with an increasing degree of sophistication in its approach to customer acquisition and retention.

THE INTERIM ASSIGNMENT
The Interim Marketing and CRM director will be responsible for all multi-channel marketing throughout this assignment, partnering key stakeholders at executive board level and become a crucial part of the leadership team.

You will have day to day responsibility of the marketing function whilst also partnering the creative brand director on strategy and brand definition. Performance in the role will be measured on success of marketing activities as well as on success in creating a more integrated approach right across the business.

THE INTERIM MANAGER
You will need to be an established Marketing Director within highly successful high street retailers to be considered for this opportunity, ideally you will have grown your career throughout both high street as well as FMCG .

In addition to being a proven Marketing Director we will also require an individual with superb management and interpersonal skills; you will be responsible for driving forward a newly established team as well as having stakeholder engagement.
