Our Central Government client is seeking an experienced Interim Internal Communications Manager to develop, maintain and deliver internal communications strategies, plans and products in order to meet ongoing needs and requirements for designated accounts. This will also include writing internal communications messages. Deadline for CVs is Friday 20th December

Main responsibilities:

* Delivering communication products that fit with the overall strategy, messaging framework and style guide
* Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with directors, senior managers, programme and projects managers
* Building a working relationship with colleagues in the internal communications team to schedule communcations at the right time
* Making sure sensitive messages land effectively, and being aware of the the important role of leaders and middle managers in landing communications.

To apply for this role you must have:

* A proven track record in delivering successful internal communications within a Public Sector environment
* The ability to build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders
* Previous experience of developing coordinated strategies and plans and delievering associated products for internal audiences
* Demonstratable experience of delivering internal communications about change and of designing communication strategies
