I am currently looking for an interim HRSS Delivery Manager who can work with my global client to support the transition to their new outsourced HR shared service agreement.

As the HRSS delivery manager you will act as the primary day-to-day interface between the business and the service provider for all HR Services. You will play a key role in managing the performance of the provider through the agreed service management framework which will be governed by Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.

Initially you will support the transition of activities from local HR to the provider, overseeing
HR transition activities for several countries to ensure alignment across countries and completed to time, quality and budget targets. You will review activities that happen across all countries in a wave and ensure the solution is clear, understood, documented and aligned; ensuring a standard approaches are applied across all countries and that duplication is avoided wherever possible.

The service is due to go live in September 2015. There will be several waves thereafter this date for the other countries.

You will be an experienced Shared Services & HR professional, with specific experience of HR Operations activities, processes and ideally on a global scale. You will also have strong knowledge and experience in HR technology and how it underpins HR shared services.
