Interim HR Consultant/ER Advisor

My client is looking for immediate HR/ER support for 6 weeks minimum to help deliver against a number of outstanding performance management issues and cases (mainly sickness and absence related).

This is an extremely hands on role that requires excellent employment law knowledge, a strong HR generalist background and is CIPD qualified. My client is an independent healthcare company so previous experience in this industry would be highly desirable.

You will also be required to help with the recruitment (including selection, offer and induction) of some critical healthcare vacancies.

You may also be required to support with training and coaching the managers on various HR policies to support future interventions and general people management.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small healthcare provider in driving changes and best practise amongst their employees.
