My client, aUKwide professional services organisation is seeking a talented HR Consultant to join their team at a time of change and transformation for the organisation. The job role will be to support Head of HR in the delivery of value added HR services and provide strategic and tactical advice and solutions to a defined client group.

This role is paying a salary of £30000 - £35000 per annum.

Reporting to the head of HR, key responsibilities will include:

* To provide support to the head of HR in the development of the annual people plan.
* Assist with the implementation of the HR people plan.
* Provision of advice on ER implications, organisational projects/ change programmes.
* Work with HR Shared Services and the Centers of Excellence to ensure the development of appropriate policies and procedures which enable achievement of business objectives.
* Deliver key recommendations for managers to ensure the effective resolution of issues in a pressured and demanding environment.
* Take ownership of a defined client group.

The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate good analytical and communication skills and excel at building relationships. CIPD qualification and experience of the application of employment law and HR best practise is essential.
