My client is looking for an interim HR Business Programmer Manager to lead a number of key workstreams as part of their Global HR transformation programme to modernise HR. One key area will be the HRIS implementation alongside other business facing projects (reward, OD etc). This role is the design arm of the implementation to drive consistency in data, policies, processes and ways of working.
You will have recent HRIS implementation experience but it also important that you have an HR generalist/operational background with the ability to support, drive and input around business areas such as performance, capability, OD, HR processes, policy and remuneration. You will also have global experience and a strong understanding of the implications around legislation and how that can impact people in different countries.
You will be working with SME's and overseeing a number of workstreams that will be experts in these areas but due to the nature of the project and organisation it is essential you share this knowledge; having had a career as an HR Generalist as well as HRIS implementation.
You will be accountable for project deliverables including policy design, process architecture, end user testing, training and defining the business readiness approach.
This is a fantastic and unique role which offers the opportunity to manage and co-ordinate a number of workstreams and deliverables that will transform HR to better support the business. The assignment is initially 6months but likely to be longer.
You will be required to start on Monday 21st July.
