Interim Home Manager - Elderly Care

My client is an independent care group specialising in the provision of care for the elderly and people with dementia.

They have a really interesting opportunity for an experienced Interim Home Manager to work with the home's staff to ensure the highest standard of care is achieved. My client needs someone experienced in ensuring all care standards are being met and that the team behind them is well trained and motivated.

The successful candidate will need experience of developing operational businesses ideally in a care home environment. A large part of this role will involve working with external bodies as required. The successful candidate must have had previous experience in residential care although other healthcare environments may be considered. It is also very important that you can evidence a background in elderly care. Ideally you will also be a RGN or perhaps RMN by background.
