Projektbeschreibung
My client required a Head of IT Operations responsibilities are broadly the design, implementation, maintenance and support of the network platform including:
- Local and wide area network configurations;
- Design, implement, and maintain cost effective, secure, and stable wide area data telecommunications;
- Manage a dependable and adaptable network and application environment capable of effectively supporting proprietary business systems, file and print services, electronic mail, internal and external team collaboration, and desktop productivity applications;
- Oversee the installation, configuration, maintenance, repair, and upgrades of all IT related systems, services, and equipment for the internal customer;
- Provide for and foster a stable, reliable, and integrated information system with a no down time determination and philosophy;
- Create, modify, and carry out IT policy and procedure in consideration and support of patch management, data security, system stability, and disaster recovery standards;
- Coordinate and ensure proper and inventory, asset, and license tracking/compliance;
- Effectively prioritise IT responsibilities to deliver consistent and timely results in consideration of those priorities;
- Establish, promote, and maintain superior levels of customer service Helpdesk standards and communication throughout the IT department.
- Represent the department and the CTO in Stakeholder meetings and support better understanding the needs of internal customers.
