Interim Head of IT Infrastructure/Operations, Manufacturing, Netherlan

Leading FTSE 100 manufacturing firm is looking to bring in an Interim Head of IT
Infrastructure/Operations to be based out of the Netherlands office. It is a highly federated, disparate business looking to create a centralised infrastructure organisation, and this individual will be responsible for devising and implementing that new structure, making key strategic decisions around hosting, technology, 3rd party relationships, etc.

Key skills/experience required include:

Proven track record leading a multi-national, geographically dispersed IT infrastructure team;

Must have worked in highly federated environments and have previously been involved in the creation of a centralised infrastructure capability;

A highly strategic thinker with the ability to define and create new operating models;

Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to manage complex stakeholder and business matrices;
-

Strong experience working with and managing 3rd party relationships ensuring they deliver in accordance with SLA's;

Strong background within IT infrastructure with a good understanding of technologies around Data Centres, hosting, Cloud, network services, end user computing, etc;

Will ideally have worked within manufacturing, logistics, CPG, or similar sectors;
