Our client is a UK based bank and financial services company.

The Opportunity

Our client is looking for a head of insurance to take responsibility for the development of the customer, product and commercial proposition for their Home and Motor Insurance product lines.

This is a highly commercial role that will include operationalising the strategy that has been agreed with the stakeholders to meet the company objectives and provide clear balanced forecasting.

This is an urgent requirement but for the right person will wait for notice period. The contract will be for 3 months with the possibility of extension.

The Candidate

Reporting into the Director of Insurance this role is part of the growth agenda. They are looking for someone to take charge and create clear product lines and grow the teams below.

You will be working in a positive environment and we are looking for candidates who are steeped in home and motor lines of business.

This is an operational role but highly commercial. We are looking for candidates who understand the customer proposition, commercial proposition, profit and loss, finance etc. Candidates who have helped grow a business and been on the Front End as this is separate from the marketing and branding team.

Our client is keen to grow a business which is customer centric to ensure they are doing the right thing for the customer.
