JOB DESCRIPTION
- Deliver on time and within budget the current delivery agenda and scheduled programs
- Single point of contact for HR Business Partners to complete evaluation of pros/cons of migrating on SaaS (Software as a Service). Rigorous functional analysis will be required
REQUIREMENTS
- IT background or proven experience in leading similar technical projects
- Subject matter expert in HR ideally in large complex organisations
- Proven track record in planning and managing large, challenging and multi-stream IT programs
- Experience in defining strategy and architecture for large IT application platforms
- Broad technical expertise and experience of managing IT application development
- Experience of vendor relationship managemenet (RFI/RFP process/contract design)
- Strong negotiation skills, determination, drive, endurance
- Excellent organisation and administration skills
- Proficient in English, German highly advantageous
CONTRACT DETAILS
- Start ASAP
- Contract Duration 6 months (+ possible extensions or perm hire)
- Location Zürich
- CHF 1000 all incl. per day
