My client is looking for a hands on and experienced interim Head of HR Operations to provide generalist support to stakeholders and colleagues across the business. You will be responsible for 2 direct reports and 3 in-direct reports and ensure the smooth and efficient running of the HR department.
The role encompasses a variety of HR matters so a strong generalist background is essential. A strong understanding of departmental/business restructures is also beneficial. A background in private healthcare would also be favourable.
