My Client seeks to recruit an Interim Head of Employee Shared Services to deliver leadership and management accountability to all employees through the ESS function and via third party vendor suppliers.You will be responsible for providing clear strategic guidance to the HR Management Team on ways to improve service function through best practice and the continued centralisation of core activities. Core areas for delivery are all areas of HR Administartion and Payroll and Benefits transactional processing. There will be clear emphasis on continued improvement of customer service to the business and driving further service improvement with third party vendor partners.
