Interim Head of E-Commerce

THE CLIENT
Green Park is partnering a renowned British brand through its continued development, (circa £150m turnover/75 stores).

THE INTERIM ASSIGNMENT
Due to continued growth, we require an Interim Head of Ecommerce to take responsibility for all digital activities including online trading, reporting to Commercial Director.

This will be a key leadership assignment which encompasses everything through executive relationship management; assisting with digital strategy, roadmap development in addition to day to day running of the digital function, a heavy emphasis on online trading will be required within this role, team size circa 10 FTEs.

THE INTERIM MANAGER
You will be an established Head of Ecommerce/Ecommerce Director, having operated within highly recognised retail brands on the highstreet; this experience will ideally be based within apparel however we will consider general merchandise retailers with significant GM/non-food exposure.

In addition to being a proven digital leader, we will also require an individual with superb management and interpersonal skills; you will be responsible for driving forward a newly established team as well as having executive board stakeholder engagement, therefore as much as managing down will be of great importance, we will also need to see proven experience of managing up.
