Interim Head of Commercial - Mobile Assets

INTERIM HEAD OF COMMERCIAL - MOBILE ASSETS - CONTRACT 3 - 6 MONTHS, RATE NEGOTIABLE - LONDON

An interim Head of Commercial is required by this FTSE 100 Support Services organisation. You will provide leadership to support the Company in gaining a significant competitive advantage in its business through the implementation of robust commercial procedures and application of governance within the business.

Applicants should possess relevant commercial experience and understanding of good industry practice combined with excellent interpersonal, influencing and communications skills.

Strong legal understanding and drafting skills are a must, as is good project management and organisational skills. Candidates should possess a mature, responsible and results-driven personality and be computer literate: Word, Excel, Powerpoint.

Experience in a Support Services company is highly desirable. The role holder will lead the commercial aspects of the business reporting to the FD and take overall responsibility for the commercial element of all contracts to be entered into by the Company through review and drafting of financial and legal terms and conditions on contracts, provision of advice and/or input as appropriate, negotiation with customers and partners, and bringing contracts to completion in the post-sales stage.
