Interim Financial Analysis Manager

An international corporate business has an interesting opportunity for a highly analytical interim finance professional to join a project team on an interim basis for 3-4 months.

Working on a sensitive transformation project you will need to be able settle into a new environment quickly and hit the ground running.

The role will be responsible for assisting with an outsourcing project which will require you to undertake analysis of processes currently in business as usual, to take over the day to day processes and review the options for improvement and/or transition to an outsourced team. You will need to be able to articulate the benefits of such a move with the timescales expected and work as part of a close knit management team.

The ideal candidate will also have worked within a complex, global organisation and have excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.

You will have excellent analytical skills, data manipulation and an eye for detail. You will be able to work under pressure in keeping a process active whilst assessing the activities best fit to the relevant team and be able to complete route cause analysis on scenarios within a specific area of processing and provide feedback on cause and area requiring focus to fix the cause.

Candidates with experience within payroll will have distinct advantage.
