Interim Executive Recruitment Partner

A leading management consultant are looking for specific Interim Executive Recruitment Partner with the relevant skillsets.

All roles will involve hands on executive searching for positions paying up to £250k base. Prior experience in executive searching or in-house recruitment is desirable. A background of recruiting for life science positions and partnering with global organisations would also be beneficial, but is not essential.

The ideal Executive Recruitment partner will be able to clearly demonstrate methodological research processing, being able to effectively fit into a dynamic and evolving organisation. The role is for an initial 6 month contract, with the opportunity for a permanent position in the future. Given the growth of the organisations global footprint, the company are looking to expand their workforce to contribute to a range of projects, on a retained basis. It is important you are able to display good research practice and have and internal desire to grow and develop your skills with the company.

Start Date: ASAP

Day Rate: £250-300

Contract Length: 6 months +
