My clients have a fantastic opportunity for an E-learning Instructional Designer to join the organisation with responsibility for designing and developing effective learning training content solutions for all employees within your allocated client groups.

You will use instructional design theory and knowledge of e-learning methodology to create innovative e-learning solutions and instructional design strategies to deliver different training methods.

Key responsibilities will include:

Drive the development of online learning as a core tool in training delivery.

Develop seamless use of online learning with traditional training methods

Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and external providers

Manage integration of technology in learning-related initiatives

Development & procurement of online learning content

Implementation and usage of virtual classrooms and social learning tools

To utilise multiple technologies to design and build learning solutions and environments

To actively engage with the business to drive design, evaluate solutions and improve products

Managing online solutions from analysis through to release

Manage a variety of learning technology projects

will have experience designing high quality learning technology solutions, a strong

understanding of Lectora and Articulate and be customer focused with solid analytical skills.
