Interim Director of Workforce and Transformation

INTERIM DIRECTOR OF WORKFORCE AND TRANSFORMATION

Interim Director of Workforce and Transformation required to join a large changing NHS organisation. You'll be a full voting member of the Trust Board of Directors, leading an ambitious Transformation programme whilst developing a workforce strategy which supports and drives transformation.

The challenge is to inspire and drive modernisation and innovation to develop and transform the workforce.

We're looking for an individual with:

Relevant qualifications at this level (CIPD, Degree, evidence of continuing professional development)
Significant senior management/board level experience in a large complex organisation
Demonstrable skills and experience in leading and delivering workforce transformation programmes
Significant experience and skills in lead workforce/HR services including reward and recognition, involvement and engagement, workforce planning/resourcing, recruitment, learning and organisational development and equality/diversity
