THE CLIENT
Green Park is partnering a renowned global high street retailer through their continued development and brand repositioning across the high-street, globally.

Due to a newly created position, we require an Interim Director of Resourcing to assist with the creation of a Cradle to grave direct resourcing proposition.

THE INTERIM ASSIGNMENT
This will be a key leadership assignment which encompasses everything through executive relationship management on a global basis; detailed resourcing strategy and roadmap development; full life cycle development of end 2 end resourcing model which will be required to cover shop floor to operating board, globally.

THE INTERIM MANAGER
You will need to be an established proven Head of Resourcing/Director of Resourcing within a major retail environment to be considered for this opportunity, this experience will ideally be based on a global retailer however we will consider just UK exposure if the headcount is large enough (,000).

In addition to being a proven Head of Resourcing/Director of Resourcing we will also require an individual with superb management and interpersonal skills; you will be responsible for creating and driving forward a newly established resourcing team, as well as having board stakeholder engagement, therefore as much as managing down will be of great importance, we will also need to see proven experience of managing up.

EU and International travel may be required within this role.
