ROLE CONTEXT: Following a recent Private Equity acquisition, this mid-sized FS Company requires an Interim Director of Contact Centre Transformation.
IDEAL CANDIDATE: Extensive experience in transforming large contact/call centres. Italian-speaker.
CANDIDATE PROFILE WILL INCLUDE:
- Experience driving efficiency in in-bound call centres
- Call Centre and Contact Centre Operational experience essential.
- Driving efficiencies and reducing costs across a large operational area
- Managing teams of 500+
- Experience in automation and work-flow management
- Ability for budgeting and resource planning and ensuring these are deployed effectively across global offices.
- 10+ years' experience in an executive level leadership position.
