Interim Director of Compliance, FTSE 100 Organisation, London, Immediate Start

Panoramic Associates are urgently looking for an Interim Director of Compliance who is immediately available to join a leading FTSE 100 and General Insurer based West of London. The chosen candidate will be responsible for leading a team of c.20 staff and will be expected to advise and implement FCA regulations and promote Treating Customers Fairly within the company.

Additional responsibilities will include the following:

- Managing and continuously improving a compliance framework
- Implementing a strategy to set out clear expectations, parameters and ethical guidelines
- Managing regulator supervisory visits, including the preparation and remedial action
- Helping to ensure the Risk Register is reflective of the actuality
- Creating and implementing policies and procedures for all key compliance risk areas

In order to be considered, you must have held a senior role within Compliance such as a Compliance Director or Head of Compliance. It is also essential that you have previously worked within the General Insurance sector.
