The successful individual will be responsible for working with Business as the organisation rolls out a new multi-site Digital Software Solution, the role will involve;
- Producing and tracking the programme plan for internal business change.
- Working closely with IT and understanding how strong MI enables operational performance
- Working with and managing senior stakeholders, transition managers and communication staff - educating them and those affected by the change, driving quality across releases and providing help and guidance
- Being hands on and comfortable with detail whilst still maintaining a big picture view
- Being able to cope in a constantly changing environment through new software releases and communicating these to stakeholders
- The ability to demonstrate experience of a regulated environment
