Interim Corporate Property Manager

Projektbeschreibung
You will be responsible for the managing the corporate property services unit and providing professional and technical advice on property and valuation issues at the highest level within and outside the Authority.
Applicants must have experience of corporate, commercial and residential property development and have a thorough knowledge and understanding of the major legislative issues applicable to property management, valuation, construction and maintenance.
The daily rate is fixed at £600 per day and we would ask that you only apply if you can commit to a lengthy assignment at that rate on a 4 or 5 day per week basis and if you are immediately available.
