Interim Corporate Planning Manager

Our client, a leading organisation within the Transport and Infrastructure sector is looking to appoint a Corporate Planning Manager for a minimum of 3 to 6 months to lead the development of their Corporate Plan covering 2013-16 and Business Plan for 2013-14.

You will work closely with the Head of Finance, Director of Finance and Corporate Services, senior management and project teams to compile the plan to be delivered to board and also work with the core finance team and corporate programme management office to put in place the necessary reporting and control processes to ensure progress against the plan is appropriately reported.

Applicants must have extensive experience of the following:

*Strategic budget planning
*Strategic Corporate Planning
*Implementing financial control and reporting processes
*Developing clear Board/governance body Management Information
*Have strong commercial and business acumen

The successful candidate will be CCAB qualified, will have experience in major construction projects, rail and/or public sector context and have a demonstrable track record of delivering value during successful interim assignments.
