Robert Half Management Resources are resourcing for an Interim Complaints & QA Manager to support a Financial Services organisation in Bristol.

You will be a senior financial services professional with extensive experience of managing large teams, the development of Complaints MI and operational data coupled with the client relationship management process.

As the successful candidate you will ideally be CeMAP qualified and have sound first mortgage experience as well as exposure to risk management. It is imperative that your complaints management experience forms an integral part to your most recent assignments as this will form the majority of the role you will fulfil.

The role will run for a period of 3-6 months and start immediately paying a daily rate between £300-£400 per day.
