Robert Half Management Resources are recruiting for an Interim Clinical Operations Project Manager, Nursing or Allied Health Professional and Prince2 Foundation and Practitioner to pilot a Mobile Working Programme on behalf of a Social Enterprise. This is an Interim role based in Bristol, South West.

THE ROLE

The successful candidate will have strong clinical operational leadership qualities and ideally first-hand experience of managing transformational projects within the clinical setting. The post holder will demonstrate resilient enthusiasm and commitment to drive and further implement Mobile Working successfully across the organisation. The post holder will be accountable for delivering the intended programme business results within time and budget, scope and quality. They are responsible for regular and effective communication with project sponsors and other key stakeholders to report progress, resolve issues and mitigate risks where necessary.

The post holder will work with 100 nurses to help design forms and approaches on a role out of hand held tablets. Nurses must be able to update their patients records whilst on visits and their information will be automatically downloaded to two systems RiO and EMIS - at the moment the nurses have to manually input their notes back to the office.

YOUR PROFILE

- Nursing or Allied Health Professional;
- Prince2 Foundation and Practitioner;
- Experience of implementing transformational programme within a clinical setting;
- Extensive Clinical Operational management;
- High levels of expertise in leading, managing and facilitating successful organisational and cultural change;
- Significant experience of project/programme management principals;
- Excellent Stakeholder engagement/management;
- Good understanding of the health and community care agenda including clinical pathways;
- Knowledge and understanding of Clinical quality, Information Governance and CQC requirements complexities facing an ex NHS now Social Enterprise.

SALARY & BENEFITS

This is an Interim Clinical Operations Project Manager role based in Bristol, South West.
