Projektbeschreibung
Change Management - Interim Position
Project:
* As part of a global project the company is creating a regional shared service centre inLondonto handle many accounting activities for European countries (in partnership with a service provider inIndia).
* This project will relocate accounting activity fromGermanyto theUK(London)
* The German activity is currently on two sites:
o The first site works with SAP and will be outsourced with minimal process changes
o The second site currently works with X and will change to SAP at the same time as outsourcing
* The knowledge transfer phase will be in May-June with a transfer of responsibility (and introduction of SAP) on 1 July 2013. After this point the German staff will support the new colleagues remotely
Task:
* Be a local point of contact for theUKproject manager and knowledge transfer team
* Support the German team manager in the project as necessary
* Identify the impacts of the change:
o Take account of the "soft" impacts as well as practical implications
o Ensure all concerns of the staff outside Finance are gathered and addressed
o Communicate the change to all German staff as necessary
o Take account of the needs of different stakeholders (Project Sponsors, Management Team(s),
* Manage local aspects of the project
o Ensure clear ownership of deliverables and on-time delivery
o Coordinate knowledge transfer phase (planning rooms, timing)
o Status reporting
Profile:
* Fluent English & German required - all project comms in English all local communication in German
* Previous experience of change management / communication required
* Experience of reorganisations desirable
* Able to identify impacts of change and the needs of affected staff
