This international blue chip brand is looking for an Interim Capability and Talent lead for a Hull based engineering biased site. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and improvement of the sites Capability and Talent framework and outputs in addition to facilitating some change of culture, team and approach.

Successful candidates must have significant international blue chip experience within FTSE 100 organisations in the last two year period. This will include the implementation of new Capability and Talent frameworks or learning interventions ideally in an Oil and Gas, FMCG or manufacturing sectors.

This is a initially a 6-9 month contract based in Hull with some limited flexibility around location.
