Interim Business Change Manager

Our Public Sector client is seeking an experienced Interim Change Manager for a period of 6 months to manage the transition from business change to implementation into operational areas and business as usual. Frequent travel to Nottingham and Swansea is required for this opportunity

The role will involve:

- Working with the Project Executives and Project Manager to secure delivery of Project outcomes and realisation of benefits whilst maintaining business as usual
- Manage the transition of change within the business and working with operational managers to secure the delivery of new products into business areas
- Identify the require changes in processes and procedures required to achieve change and deliver the planned benefits for the Project
- Prepare business areas for the transition to new ways of working and potentially implementing new business processes
- Develop communication plans and manage Project communications activities to the business
- Carry out operational activities to maintain knowledge and expertise and retain a BAU perspective
- Embed and apply Prosci best practice and conduct Prosci best practice audits

To be considered for this opportunity, you must:

- Have knowledge and understanding of PROSCI Change Management principles
- Have a proven track record of developing and implementing change management plans and applying change management methodology to large Public Sector organisations
- Evidence of leading on change within the Public Sector, ideally within mergers
- Have evidence of identifying and tracking benefits of project, with an understanding of benefits identification and realisation
- Evidence of successfully managing the impact of change on people
- Excellent communication skills and evidence of working with stakeholders to gain acceptance
