Interim Business Analyst

Our Central Government client is seeking an experienced, talented and enthusiastic Interim Business Analyst to be a member of the Business Design team, ensuring that the business requirements are translated into a solution design.

Other key responsibilities:

* Developing and managing business processes, impact assessments and user journeys by using software tools
* Identifying risks and issues that will entail business design attention and develop solution options
* Testing the proposed solutions prior to acceptance and assisting in their implementation
* Working with every work stream of the programme to enable consistent solution design
* Establish consistent solution design across the programme by working closely to all areas of the programme.
* To Guide the testing of proposed solutions before they have been accepted and assist with their implementation.

To apply for this role you must:

* Have a qualifications in business analysis (e.g. ISEB) and business improvement techniques, e.g. LEAN or equivalent
* Have evidence of working as a Business Analyst within an agile environment, ideally within the Public Sector
* Have evidence of analyzing and identifying key issues and developing solutions
* A proven track record of using information and negotiation skills to gain commitment and resources
* Strong stakeholder management skills is essential
* Have previous evidence of the use of Provision and/ or Mingle tools.
