The candidate will be responsible for:
+ Functional client onboarding.
+ Support of new product roll-outs including smoke-testing, member testing and implementation.
+ Member, client and relationship management across the entire department and to external members.
+ Sales and marketing to ensure the brand name and client experience is enhanced at all levels.
The candidate must have:
+ A strong degree.
+ Extensive experience with IR Product knowledge.
+ Strong experience in clearing, preferable in a relevant environment to the above product.
+ Demonstrable experience in a client facing role.
+ A good understanding of excel.
