JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Intercompany Supply role is responsible for the follow-up and execution of export supply orders between sources (internal/external), Supply Operating Model (SOM), market affiliates and/or external customers ensuring that correct products are supplied on time and in full. This role requires multiple contacts with a network of internal colleagues from various functions, supply chain partners, forwarders and import brokers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Export orders - Execute export order processing from receipt of the deployment plan from the US Intercompany Supply Deployment Planner through invoicing to the recipient, taking into account agreed lead times and contractual and legal requirements. Handle any corrections to billing documents. Coordinate and organize shipment of the export orders with sites, logistics centers, and agreed carriers ensuring that correct shipping documents are issued. Monitor the shipments through delivery.
Daily Operations - Coordinate with the US export warehouse operations teams and maintain the O2C system and other systems as required.
Forwarder Management - Oversee the activities associated with Freight Forwarder and ensure compliance. Implement the compliance mandates identified by the corporate policy.
Market/Customer Communication - Act as the point of contact to internal and/or external customers to keep them informed about the status of pending orders and delivery details. Actively participate in meetings with plants, markets, supply chain as well other functional areas as needed.
Continuous Improvement - Participate in problem solving and contribute to continuous improvement of the operational customer service processes. Ensure that complaints are handled promptly and that appropriate corrective and preventive actions are taken.

SKILLS:

QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Supply Chain and Logistics or 3-5 years experience in international trade, imports, exports, customer service/logistics environment or equivalent
Experience with SAP
Fluent in English (Other languages would be an asset).
MS Office and Experience with O2C, WMS and/or ERP (preferably SAP) systems preferred.

REQUIREMENTS/CAPABILITIES:
Is analytical and possess excellent skills and solid experience in logistics and customer service and a good understanding of inventory management.
Familiar with customs procedure; preferably in pharmaceutical products.
Effectively communicate with customers and colleagues in a global market place using email and telephone.
Have the flexibility to support operations outside of core work hours including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
