INTERACTIVE MOTION DESIGNER needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Redmond, WA.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Aftereffects - extensive motion tool
- Animation and Graphic Design
- motion principles for UI
- Adobe tool - Muse

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Help create motion designs for Sway product UI and Motion, that can be applied to content authored in Sway.
- Help design the transitions within slides and create library of transitions.
- Design motions and help design authoring tools - any kind of UI motion.
- Authoring tool, UI motion design and output people re-use; ie: make movies - motion inside the output to make it more interesting.
- Try to make the tool more meaningful and intellectual and drawing in audience so they feel involved in the content.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Specifically looking for an Interactive Motion Designer
- Experience designing motion and graphic design artifacts that can be used in UI and Interactive content.
- Your expertise would be primarily in animation and graphic design.
- Muse - translate to reality.
- Need someone who understands motion principles for UI and has the ability to educate team on how to adjust curves and appropriately move motions.. Need someone who has done motion and prototyped on tools.
- Understand principles with motion design and how to describe to developers. Needs to be able to work independently with developers

- Deals with ambiguity, self-motivated, has initiative, willing to suggest and interact with team.
- Self-motivation and initiative.. Help influence other people

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Work in a cutting edge graphic design firm and studio or in peripheral edge - images and movies, advertising agencies
- Familiarity with graphic design tools in the Adobe suite be valuable.
- HTML5/CSS based motion prototyping is a nice thing to have
- Quartz composer is also a bonus!
