Projektbeschreibung

The INTERACTION DESIGN AND USER EXPERIENCE PM will examine the existing CRM application, and work with users, to identify a UX product roadmap to incrementally make short term fixes in the production system, and to plan for the long term solution when upgrades are deployed to CRM 2011. The ID/UX PM will engage with customers to identify pain points, define usage scenarios and process models for how users interact with the CRM tool. The PM will then work with the business team to define a comprehensive and validated design solution to be implemented into production. Once the solution is ready, the PM will work with IT to implement these changes into production, and enforce design consistency.

This project will support is a comprehensive initiative spanning customer engagement, solutions management, and business execution within the OEM group and their customers. The project touches a worldwide audience with varying interaction needs and usage scenarios with the CRM tool.
