Integration and Optimization Engineer

I am currently looking for a strong Integration and Optimization Engineer with Telecommunication's background - to work directly for a Worldwide leading Managed Service Company - based in Brussels - Belgium - on a rolling contract basis.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

- Integration and optimization experience of 2G-3G-4G Network.
- Be able to analyze network statistics/drive measurements to improve the performance of the network.
- Testing of new features, build of conclusive reports and eventually trial before implementation on the full live network.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Analyze network statistics/drive measurements to build reports
- Define drive test using MapInfo for specific optimization activity
- Perform radio optimization parameters change to improve the radio network performance and reach the agreed KPIs
- Testing/trial of new features, build of conclusive reports
- Support the resolution of customer problems linked to radio optimization

PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCES:

- Industrial Engineer Electronics/Telecommunication or equal by experience
- Experience in 2G, 3G (& 4G) Huawei Radio Optimization
- Very good knowledge of M2000 & PRS
- Good knowledge of MapInfo
- Good knowledge of post processing tool Actix

REQUIREMENTS:

French or Dutch - AND English - both are mandatory for this role.
