The role will be a supportive role to a wider team and to escalate any queries to the appropriate team. My client is looking for a customer service agent that is willing to go above and beyond for the customer.

- Take inbound calls
- Provide customers with any queries that they may have
- Escalate to the approprate team where necessary
- Record any inbound calls
- Provide a friendly and professional service
