Hiring for an esteemed client for Zurich, Switzerland a Business Analyst from the general Insurance industry.
This is a permanent role.
Following are the job specs for reference.
Will need the strong person in P&C (Personal & Commercial lines) who can stand in front of customer as a SME in this area in Solution consulting, Business process improvement, re-platforming & modernization as well with at least one end to end project (GTM to delivery) experience in at least 1 of the above mentioned areas with hands on experience on 2 of the above areas. Also, German language proficiency required.
JOB SPECS:
ROLE
Insurance Business Analyst/Insurance Domain expert - Hunting & Farming (General Insurance)
EXPERIENCE RANGE (Total years and Minimum Relevant Years for the Position)
- Min 10 years experience in General Insurance
o Solution consulting
o Requirements Elicitation
o Business process improvement
o Product evaluation and consolidation
o Systems design & development
o re-platforming & modernization - At least 1 end to end project ( GTM to delivery ) experience in at least 1 of the above mentioned areas
- Hands-on experience in at least 2 of the areas mentioned above
- Experience across Personal & Commercial lines
SKILL SETS (What candidates should have in terms of: Knowledge of job, Market knowledge, Communication skills, Team Management, Business Development)
- Deep understanding of Insurance business processes including CRM, QUOTE, UW, New business, Administration, CLAIMS, Actuarial, BILLING & COLLECTIONS, Partner Systems, Agency/Broker Operations, REPORTING & DWH
- Strong Client facing experience in consulting services and program implementations as a lead functional consultant
- Strong & demonstrable business/technology problem solving skills
- Proven abilities to structure multiple engagements (eg Consulting, implementation, design & development, outsourcing) from vaguely articulated client needs
- Multiple language skills, fluent in English & German mandatory
- Experience working in onsite & offshore model with demonstrated flexibility & capability to leverage large specialized global teams
- Knowledge of key package/product solutions in General Insurance market for Europe with hands-on experience (evaluation or implementation ) in at least 1 GI package solution
- Hands-on experience in interacting & influencing client technical experts and stake-holders and decision-makers
- Hands-on experience in developing thought Leadership & Solutioning models for complex business & technology problems in insurance
- Experience working closely with a team of business analysts and technical experts
- Excellent communication skills a written and verbal
- Strongly self-motivated
