Instrumentation Engineer

My client, a large Oil and Gas service company is looking for a new Instrumentation Engineer to join their project team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be heavily involved with new offshore constructions as well as modifications to existing platforms. The projects themselves will be customer specific but an example of some of the responsibilities are as follows; - Preparation of quotations and estimates for the construction and installation phase of the projects. - Customer contact - Co-ordination of construction and installation jobs and responsible for the final tests. - Participation in FAT's and SAT's, and in some cases you will also be responsible for executing the tests. Some of the specific qualifications and skills that are required for this position are as follows; - Minimum of 3 years experience within Instrumentation specifically in the field of construction and installation - offshore experience will be an asset - Previous participation in FAT, SAT and IAT - Experience with ATEX This is an urgent requirement and the client is looking to move quickly so if this is a role you are interested in, please apply now.
