Instrumentation Engineer

I&E Engineer needed on-site at petrochemical plant with 5+ years experience and a BSEE degree. The successful candidate will provide Instrumentation and Electrical Engineering and Management support for capital improvement and expense projects. You will get involved in I Ability to review project work by other engineers and assist other engineers in reviewing quantities, cost, design, accuracy, completeness and constructability.

REQUIREMENTS

- 5+ years experience working on-site in petrochemical/refinery/power plant and TWIC card or ability to acquire.
- BSEE
- Able to prepare and check construction drawings; have working understanding of pressure, flow, level, temperature and analytical instruments; and experience designing loops, control elementaries, instrumentation location drawings, power plans, and network drawings (Ethernet, FieldBus, DeviceNet, etc.)
- Experience specifying instrumentation and control valves. Strong ability to read and modify P&ID's and be able to write a sequence of operation.
- Knowledge of Project Capital and Expense accounting practices.
